Where do I signup for the Free Tier Offer?
What is included in the Free Tier Offer? What kind of apps is this good for?
Free tier provides access to 600 minutes of either Offline or Realtime Speech-To-Text use. You may use it to build and test Voice Bots, Speech IVR applications, perform live captioning or transcribe audio recordings of meetings, calls or podcasts. It does not include any SIP/MRCP session time or charges for Phone Numbers that are provided through RTC Callback APIs.
What are limitations in this Free Tier?
Accounts in the Free tier are rate limited. You are limited to 2 concurrent Speech-to-Text sessions and no more than 15 API requests in 15 seconds. If you want to upgrade, please set up a payment method or contact us.
Do I need to provide a Credit Card as part of the signup process?
There is no need to provide Credit Card or any other method of payment in order to sign up. Please consider adding your Credit Card in case your usage exceeding the Free Tier.
How long am I eligible for the Free Tier?
At this time, we are not limiting the Free trial to any particular time period.
How do I setup payment in case my planned usage exceeds the free tier?

You can refill your balance in amounts of $5, $10, or $25 dollars.
How do I enter the payment information in order to plan for usage above the Free Tier or use ?
Just click the Balance amount visible in the e.g. $255.01 below
Then click on the gear icon visible in the drawer that opens from the right side. This will take you to our Billing provider Fusebill, where you will be able to enter the payment method information.
What will Voicegain do with the data that I upload/submit?
Voicegain uses the data to process and generate the recognized text as output. The data and the output may be stored for a limited time (e.g. 7 days default for Audio and Transcripts). After that time the data is deleted permanently. Voicegain does not share the user data with any third party. All user data - whether part of the Free Tier or otherwise - is kept private and confidential. Please refer to our Terms of Service
How can I receive support while using the Voicegain Platform?
Best way to get help is via Voicegain support portal. You can get to it by clicking the question mark (?) in the header and choosing "Support". From the support portal you can search support articles and FAQs. You can also submit a support ticket via "Submit a request" link in the support portal.
How do I cancel my account?
Please send a email to email@example.com with request to have the account (and all the data on the account) to be deleted.
