Two types of model settings are used by the Telephony Bot API:
- Settings for real-time recognition while the Bot is running -- under ASR Recognition Settings
- Settings for after the call transcription of the whole call recording -- under ASR Transcription Settings
You can get to these under: Settings -> Speech Recognition

Here is the form where Model and the language is selected - the model that will be used is under Real-Time Acoustic model:
Remember to click Save button after done making changes.
